Quietly making some of the world's finest musical instruments since 1959.

Masterful woodwork, three tone rings for adjustable sound.

Amply appointed with precious hardwoods. Nine laminations at the peghead.

The instrument pictured on this page was a personal favorite of my father's and he played it for years. A five-stringer with a 12" rim, it was taken apart and completely refinished for these photos. There were only seven banjos in this short series; I call them the seven sisters. We will be happy to accept orders for instruments like this one. They will henceforth be produced with cosmetic and functional improvements to the internal mechanism.
