After seeing as many banjos as I have seen, one might expect me to remain unmoved whenever looking at one now. This instrument finished up in January of 2007 and is an object of absolutely breathtaking beauty. There is no direction from which it can be studied that is anything less than a feast for the eyes.

Of course, a musical instrument's entire reason for existing has nothing to do with the way it looks. That's why most of our boasting stems from the fact that there is no other instrument at any price that can compare with our sound. But then, the fact that a banjo can be so beautiful as to take your breath away can't hurt.
